Felting

Felting is the process of turning wool roving (Brushed fleece) in to a shape, picture or flat piece of fabric.

To do this, you mesh several layers of wool roving together by using special barbed felting needles.

You can do this using one needle or multiple needles. In this type of felting, it is a dry method as the word roving is never used wet.
